When working with a professional security partner your app users and monitoring Hub are linked to a Grade 1 Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) which is manned 24/7 by highly trained staff. The ARC then responds to any alerts triggered by your staff on your behalf.
When an alert is triggered responders at the ARC can view, listen, assess and process each alert in line with your pre-agreed procedures, for example calling your nominated contacts or the emergency services until the alert is resolved.
ARC’s are also able to issue a Unique Response Number (URN) which requests a direct response from the police, bypassing the 999 service. As part of our comprehensive onboarding process, we will work with you and your chosen monitoring station to ensure a seamless integration.
